About this Garlic Red Wine Salami

This award-winning artisanal Danish style salami is made from family recipes that have been handed down through generations and made in Australia for over 100 years. With a smooth combination of red wine, garlic and cracked pepper this salami is made with premium South Australian beef, pork and red wine using an old-style fermenting method where it is not heat treated and is full of probiotics. This product is gluten free.

Store in dry cool place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
