Beef Jerky
Australian beef jerky, by the kilo
Four flavours, three sizes, sliced or unsliced. Australian beef, cured properly, and gluten free.
- Original — the benchmark. Salt, sugar, selected spices, and nothing shouting over the top of the beef.
- Cracked Pepper — a proper coarse pepper hit. The most popular one at the markets, and it isn’t close.
- Chilli — real heat, not a suggestion of it. Warming rather than punishing.
- Herb & Garlic — savoury and aromatic. The one people are surprised they like best.
Each comes in 250g, 500g or 1kg, and you can have it sliced or unsliced. Unsliced is a slab you tear at — it keeps better and it’s more satisfying. Sliced is what you want if it’s going into lunchboxes or onto a board.
Made in Australia
Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients. That’s not a slogan, it’s what’s on the pack, and it’s the bar we hold ourselves to.
Australian beef. Made in Western Australia. Sold from a stall at the Fremantle Markets by the family that makes it.
What’s in it
Australian beef, salt, sugar, selected spices, mineral salt (450), sodium nitrate (250), antioxidant.

Allergen statement: may contain traces of tree nuts, sesame, peanuts.

Why buy jerky by the kilo?
Because 250g of good jerky lasts about four days in a house with other people in it, and 1kg lasts about three weeks. We have watched this happen at the markets for over a decade. The people who come back are the ones who bought the big one.
Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150 — which the 500g and 1kg comfortably clear. Delivered in 1–3 days.
