About This Pesto Salami
This award-winning artisanal pesto salami is made from family recipes that have been handed down through generations and made in Australia for over 100 years. With a smooth combination of pesto, basil and mint this salami is made with premium South Australian beef, pork and red wine using an old-style fermenting method where it is not heat treated and is full of probiotics. This Salami can be a refreshing alternative to your everyday salami. This is a gluten free product.
Store in dry cool place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
