This award-winning artisanal Hunagrian Csabai Salami is made from family recipes that have been handed down through generations and made in Australia for over 100 years. With sweet paprika and a smooth combination of brandy and garlic, this salami is made with premium South Australian beef and pork using an old-style fermenting method where it is not heat-treated and is full of probiotics. This is a gluten-free product.
